FLOW SWITCH REPLACEMENT -- Continued

INSTALLATION
1. Cut lead wires (3) on new flow switch (14) to same length as lead wires on old flow switch.
2. Apply anti--seizing tape to threads of elbows (7 and 10).
3. Install elbows (7 and 10) into flow switch (14).
4. Position flow switch (14) on subpanel (15), then secure with two screws (11), lock washers (12), and flat
washers (13).
5. Connect tube (9) to elbow (10), then secure with clamp (8).
6. Connect tube (6) to elbow (7), then secure with clamp (5).
7. Connect lead wires (3) as tagged.
8. Install new tiedown straps (4) to secure lead wires (3) as necessary.
9. Install cover (1) on wire duct (2).
10. Using maintenance menu control outputs function (WP 0010 00) verify correct operation as follows:
a. Turn on detergent pump A (M103A), detergent pump B (M103B), or anti--foam pump (M202). When
detergent or anti--foam fills tubes (6 and 10) verify no leaks exist at tube connections.
b. Turn off pump.
11. Turn handle (17) CW, then close door (18).
12. Secure door (18) to main control enclosure (16) by tightening eleven latches (19).
13. Perform a test laundry cycle (TM 10--3510--221--10). Verify normal operation.
