HEATER ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT --

6. Remove inlet hose (17) and outlet hose (18) together. Cap connections on hoses and at connections on heater
(24) and still (25).
7. Loosen screws (26) then disconnect connectors (27) from three pressure sensors (28).
8. Disconnect electrical connector (29) from temperature sensor (30).
9. Remove tiedown straps (31) securing sensor cable (32) to conduit (33), then then pull wiring back away from
heater (24).
10. Remove tiedown straps (34) securing door sensor cable (35) and air tubing (36) to heater (24).
11. Loosen four latches (37), then open door (38) on heater enclosure (39).
12. Tag and disconnect external wiring at terminal block TB7 (40).
13. Remove two screws (41) then remove cover (42) and gasket (43) from outlet body (44).
14. Pull wiring disconnected from TB7 (40) out of heater enclosure (39).
15. Loosen conduit nut (45) then pull wiring and conduit (46) out of outlet body (44).
16. Close door (38) and secure to heater enclosure (39) by tightening four latches (37).
17. Install cover (42) and gasket (43) onto outlet body (44) then secure with two screws (41).
18. Loosen four latches (47), then remove cover (48) from junction box (49).
19. Tag and disconnect heater wiring at terminal block TB9 (50).
20. Remove insulating bushing (51) and conduit nut (52) then pull wiring and conduit (53) out of junction box (49).
21. Remove exhaust extension (54) from exhaust stack (55).
22. Remove two screws (56), flat washers (57), and nuts (58), then remove tarp support (59) from front support
(60) and left/rear support (61).
23. Remove four screws (62), flat washers (63), and nuts (64) securing left/rear support (61) to ISO frame (65).
24. Remove four screws (66), flat washers (67), and nuts (68), then remove left/rear support (61) from right/rear
support (69).
25. Remove four screws (70), flat washers (71), and nuts (72) securing top of heater (24) to ISO frame (65).
26. Remove four screws (73), lock washers (74), and flat washers (75) securing bottom of heater (24) to ISO frame
(65).
27. Remove screw (76), flat washers (77), tapered washer (78), and nut (79) securing bottom of heater (24) to ISO
frame (65).
CAUTION
When lifting heater out of ISO frame be careful not to damage equipment installed in front
of and to the right of heater.
28. Using fork lift pockets (80) slowly remove heater (24) from ISO frame (65) as follows:
a. Lift heater (24) up approximately 1/2 inch.
b. Shift heater (24) until left corner of heater clears inside wall of ISO frame (65) by approximately 1/2 inch.
c. Pull heater rearward until clear of ISO frame (65).
29. Clean--up any residual thermal fluid on ISO frame (65) or surrounding equipment.
