HEATER ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT --

INSTALLATION
CAUTION
When positioning heater onto ISO frame be careful not to damage equipment installed in
front of and to the right of heater.
1. Using fork lift pockets (80) slowly position heater (24) onto ISO frame (65) as follows:
a. Lift heater (24) up approximately 1/2 inch above mounting surface on ISO frame (65).
b. Align left side of heater (24) to clear inside wall of ISO frame (65) by 1/2 inch.
c. Move heater (24) inward until rear left corner of heater can be shifted left, then shift heater flush
against wall of ISO frame (65).
d. Lower heater (24) onto ISO frame (65) and align mounting holes.
2. Install, but do not tighten, four screws (70), flat washers (71), and nuts (72) securing top of heater (24) to ISO
frame (65).
3. Install, but do not tighten, four screws (73), lock washers (74), and flat washers (75) securing bottom of heater
(24) to ISO frame (65).
4. Install, but do not tighten, screw (76), flat washers (77), tapered washer (78), and nut (79) securing bottom of
heater (24) to ISO frame (65).
5. Tighten screws (70, 73, and 76).
6. Install, but do not tighten, four screws (62), flat washers (63), and nuts (64) securing left/rear support (61) to
ISO frame (65).
7. Install, but do not tighten, four screws (66), flat washers (67), and nuts (68), securing left/rear support (61) to
right/rear support (69).
8. Install, but do not tighten, two screws (56), flat washers (57), and nuts (58), securing tarp support (59) to front
support (60) to left/rear support (69).
9. Tighten screws (56, 62, and 66).
10. Insert exhaust extension (54) into exhaust stack (55).
11. Insert wiring and conduit (53) into junction box (49) then install conduit nut (52) and insulating bushing (51) to
secure conduit.
12. Connect heater wiring at terminal block TB9 (50) as tagged.
13. Install and secure cover (48) onto junction box (49) by tightening four latches (47).
14. Loosen four latches (37), then open door (38) on heater enclosure (39).
15. Remove two screws (41) then remove cover (42) and gasket (43) from outlet body (44).
16. Insert wiring and conduit (46) into outlet body (44) then tighten conduit nut (45).
17. Insert wiring into heater enclosure (46) then connect at terminal block TB7 (40) as tagged.
18. Close door (38) and secure to heater enclosure (39) by tightening four latches (37).
19. Install cover (42) and gasket (43) onto outlet body (44) then secure with two screws (41).
20. Connect electrical connector (29) to temperature sensor (30).
