REMOVAL(1)Remove two allen screws (1) from collar (2) and remove collar (2).(2)With a scribe, mark front position of bushing (9) on reducer input shaft (19).(3)Measure distance between bushing (9) and reducer (20) and record distance.(4)Remove two bolts (8) and lockwasher (18) from bushing (9).(5)Remove bushing (9) from pulley (10).(6)Remove pulley (10) from reducer input shaft (19).(7)Remove key (11) from reducer input shaft (19).(8)Loosen three allen screws (3) from front of reducer (20) and three allen screws (3) on back side of reducer (20).NOTEFlat washers are between plate and frame for alignment of reducer.(9)Record position of flat washers (7) under plate (17).(10)With a scribe, mark position of plate (17) on frame (21).(11)Remove four bolts (4), lockwashers (5) and flat washers (6) from plate (17) and frame (21).3-40
