REMOVAL
(1)
Remove two set screws (1) from collar (2).
(2)
Remove collar (2) from shaft of basket (8).
(3)
Remove six nuts (3), lockwashers (4) and flat washers (5) from studs (6).
(4)
Remove carriage (7) from washer (10).
(5)
Remove three seals (9) from carriage (7).
b.
CLEANING
Clean adhesive from back of washer (10) and from carriage (7).
c.
INSPECTION
Inspect carriage (7) for damage or wear.
d.
REPAIR
Repair consists of replacing damaged or missing components of the seal (9) and carriage (7).
e.
INSTALLATION
(1)
Install three seals (9) on carriage (7).
(2)
Lubricate seals (9).
(3)
Apply adhesive to back of carriage (7).
(4)
Position carriage (7) on studs (6) and install six flat washers (5), lockwashers (4) and nuts (3).
(5)
On collar (2) index pin position on index hole shaft of basket (8) and install two set screws (1).
(6)
Install reducer (Para 3-24).
