MMK MECHANICAL ASCENDER

INSTALL
1. Grasp mechanical ascender so that the arrow on the body of the ascender is pointing upward (Figure
1). Press down and to the left on the cam release lever until it locks in place on the left side.

2. Place rope in channel.
3. Push the cam release lever to the right, until it snaps back to the forward position and the teeth make
contact with the rope.
END OF TASK
UNINSTALL
1. Grasp the mechanical ascender, and press down and back on the cam release lever until the rope is
freed and lever locks in place in the rear position.
2. Remove rope from rope channel.
3. Push down on cam release lever until it locks in place in the forward position.
