(2) Extractor Motor (Edro Model EP120-
LTU).
(a) Remove screws 1, fig. 7-12) and
washers (2) securing the hydro-sheave drive guard (3)
to the motor base and remove guard (3).
(b) Remove drive belts (4).
(c) Remove outer setscrews (5 and 6)
from clamp ring.
(d) Remove center setscrew (7) from
clamp ring. Align clamp ring with hole in sleeve and
remove dowel pin ti).
(e) Remove hydro-sheave drive (9)
and clamp ring I 10 from motor shaft.
(f) Remove screws (11) and washers
(12) from pulley sheave (13). Install screws (11) in
holes provided and jack put pulley sheave (13).
(g) Remove key (14).
(h) Remove the bolts (15) and
washers (16) securing pulley sheave and remove
sheave (17) and hub (18).
(i) Tap out the key (19).
(j) Remove the motor mounting
hardware. Remove nuts (20) plain washers (21), screws
(22, and plain washers (23). Remove motor assembly
(24).
(k) Remove the screws (25) and
washers (26) securing the terminal box cover to the
terminal box, and remove cover (27' and box (28).
(I) Remove hushing (29).
(m) Remove fitting (30) and plug (31).
(n) Remove the fillister head screws
(32) and washers (33) securing endplate (hydro sheave
end), and remove plate (34).
(o) Disengage spring (35).
(p) Remove hearing (36).
(q) Tap gently and remove fan (37)
and rotor (38) from field shell (47).
(r) Remove baffle plate (39).
(s) Remove the fillister head screws
(40) and washers (41) securing endplate, and remove
plate (42).
(t) Remove setscrew (43).
(u) Remove stator (44) from field
shell (47).
(v) Remove drive screws (45) and
nameplate (46) from field shell (47).
