DISCHARGE A OR B WATER CONTROL VALVE

CAUTION
Discharge manifold must be properly supported before it is disconnected from
vertical support. Failure to properly support manifold may result in damage to piping,
pressure sensor, and/or temperature sensor.
14. Remove six screws (30), lock washers (31), and flat washers (32) securing three brackets (33) to control
valves (6).
15. Lift discharge manifold (7) off of vertical support (34).
16. At faulty control valve (6), remove two screws (35) and nuts (36).
17. Separate actuator (37) and adapter (38) from valve body (39).
18. Remove two screws (40) and nuts (41), then slide valve body (39) out from between flanges (42).
19. Remove elbows (4) or tees (5) from actuator (37).
20. Clean anti--seizing tape from threads of elbows (4).
21. Clean pipe thread sealant off of threads of unions (10, 12, and 14) and piping (11, 13, and 15).
