INSTALLATION
1. Apply pipe thread sealant to threads hex bushing (14), nipple (15) and mating surfaces of union (13).
2. Note direction arrow (16) on new solenoid valve (6) then thread hex bushing (14) into valve inlet.
3. Thread nipple (15) into outlet of solenoid valve (6).
4. Orient solenoid valve (6) as shown then connect union (13).
5. Connect hose (11) at piping (12) then tighten clamp (10).
6. Connect hose (8) at piping (9) then tighten clamp (7).
7. Connect electrical cable (5) to solenoid valve (6) then tighten screw (4).
8. Perform a HEAT WATER operation with a water temperature setpoint of 150 degrees F (TM 10--3510--221--10).
Verify no water leaks exist.
9. Close access door (2) and secure by engaging two latches (1).
