LADS power shut off at main control
enclosure (WP 0112 00).
REMOVAL
WARNING
The fuels used on the heating system are highly explosive. DO NOT smoke or use open
flame when performing maintenance. Flames and explosion could occur resulting in severe
personal injury or death.
1. Remove fuel pressure switch (WP 0185 00).
2. Remove eight screws (1), then remove cover (2) from blower shroud (3).
3. Remove six nuts (4) and flat washers (5), then remove blower (6) from blower shroud (3).
4. Disconnect fuel tube (7) at elbow (8).
5. Disconnect fuel tube (9) at adapter (10) and adapter (11).
6 Disconnect fuel tube (12) at adapter (13) and elbow (14).
7. Disconnect fuel tube (15) at adapter (16) and elbow (17).
8. Remove six screws (18) and flat washers (19), then remove retaining clips (20) and air damper (21) from filter
box (22).
9. Loosen four set screws (23), then remove fuel pump (24) from air damper (21).
10. Measure and record position of drive shaft (25) in relation to edge of fuel pump (24).
11. Loosen set screw (26), then slide drive shaft (25) off of fuel pump (24).
12. Unthread nipple (27) from fuel pump (24).
13. Unthread pressure gauge (28) from fuel pump (24).
14. Unthread adapters (13 and 16) from fuel pump (24).
15. Clean pipe thread sealant off of adapters (13 and 16), nipple (27), and pressure gauge (28).
16. Remove coupling insert (29) from blower (6). Discard coupling insert.
