LADS power shut off at main control
enclosure (WP 0112 00).
REMOVAL
1. Remove eight screws (1), then remove cover (2) from blower shroud (3).
2. Remove two screws (4), then remove cover (5) and gasket (6) from junction box (7).
3. Tag and disconnect wires from junction box (7).
4. Remove insulating bushing (8) and conduit nut (9) then pull conduit (10) off of junction box (7).
5. Remove six nuts (11) and flat washers (12), then remove blower (13) from blower shroud (3).
6. Measure distance between fan wheel (14) and mounting plate (15). Record this measurement as dimension A.
7. Make an index mark (16) on mounting plate (15) to show correct alignment with junction box (7).
8. Measure distance between coupling half (17) and adapter (18). Record this measurement as dimension B.
9. Loosen set screw (19), then slide coupling half (17) off of adapter (18).
10. Remove insert (20) from coupling half (17). Discard insert.
11. Loosen two set screws (21), then slide fan wheel (14) off of adapter (18).
12. Measure distance between adapter (18) and motor (22). Record this measurement as dimension C.
13. Loosen two set screws (23), then slide adapter (18) off of motor (22).
14. Remove four screws (24) and lock washers (25) then remove mounting plate (15) from motor (22).
