BLOWER SHAFT COUPLING REPLACEMENT -- Continued

INSTALLATION
1. Position new coupling half (9) on adapter (12) at previously recorded dimension, then tighten set screw (13).
2. Position new coupling half (8) on adapter (10) at previously recorded dimension, then tighten set screw (11).
3. Install new insert (7) onto coupling half (8).
4. Position blower (6) onto blower shroud (3) ensuring that coupling halves (8) and (9) and insert (7) are properly
mated.
5. Install six nuts (4) and flat washers (5) hand tight.
6. Verify correct alignment of insert (7) then tighten six nuts (4) and flat washers (5).
7. Position cover (2) onto blower shroud (3), then secure with eight screws (1).
8. Use maintenance menu to test heating system (WP 0010 00).
