PRODUCT PRESSURE REGULATOR
REPLACEMENT -- Continued

ADJUSTMENT
1. Disengage two latches (1), then open access door (2).
2. Close manual valve (3).
3. Open petcock (4), allow product air to vent, then close petcock.
4. Loosen jam nut (20), then turn adjusting knob (21) CCW until spring tension is removed from pressure
regulator (12).
5. Use maintenance menu to test air system (WP 0010 00).
6. While air system is pressurizing open manual valve (3).
7. Slowly turn adjusting knob (21) CW until product pressure is 79 to 81 psig.
8. Tighten jam nut (20) while holding adjusting knob (21) in position.
9. When air system is pressurized audibly check for air leaks.
10. Close access door (2) and secure by engaging two latches (1).
