AIR BAG PRESSURE REGULATOR
REPLACEMENT -- Continued

INSTALLATION
1. Apply anti--seizing tape to threads of connectors (6 and 8) and new pressure gage (12).
2. Using direction arrow (13) for orientation, thread connectors (6 and 8) into new pressure regulator (10).
3. Thread pressure gage (12) into pressure regulator (10).
4. Install pressure regulator (10) through bracket (11) then secure with panel nut (9).
5. Connect tube (5) from connector (6).
6. Connect tube (7) from connector (8).
ADJUSTMENT
1. Disengage two latches (1), then open access door (2).
2. Close manual valve (3).
3. Open petcock (4), allow product air to vent, then close petcock.
4. Pull out on adjusting knob (14) and turn CCW until spring tension is removed from pressure regulator (10).
5. Use maintenance menu to test air system (WP 0010 00).
6. While air system is pressurizing open manual valve (3).
7. Monitor pressure gage (12) when reading above 70 psig continue to step 8.
8. Slowly turn adjusting knob (14) CW until product pressure is 64 to 66 psig.
9. Push in on adjusting knob (14) to lock position.
10. When air system is pressurized audibly check for air leaks.
11. Close access door (2) and secure by engaging two latches (1).
